We want our owners to be actively involved even if they hire a general manager to oversee daily operations. Most franchise owners will focus on marketing, development and management.

Can I own more than one restaurant?

Yes. We believe some owners will operate multiple units. We offer discounts on initial franchise fees for owners who commit up front to more than one restaurant.

How much space do I need for a PastaNito restaurant?

Just 900 to 1,2000 square feet; the site should also have adequate parking and be easily accessible by local traffic. We have specific site criteria to help you evaluate real estate for your PastaNito location.

How long does it take to open?

You should be able to open in 9 to 12 months, depending on how quickly you complete the pre-opening steps and training. Second generation restaurant space may reduce this time. We will help you evaluate options in the market where you would like to open your restaurant.

How many employees are needed to operate the restaurant?

Typically between 3 and 6 people per shift.

What are the startup costs and what do they include?

Visit our Investment Table. Startup funding includes the initial franchise fee and other estimated costs such as equipment, furniture, fixtures, the branded décor package, grand opening marketing, and 3-months of working capital.
