Founder Toni Calderone opened a fine dining farm-to-table restaurant in Pennsylvania in 2014 and identified the market niche for fresh pasta which cooks in just a few minutes saving the restaurant on prep and labor while offering the customer an all natural premium product. Over the years she perfected her proprietary noodle. Fast forward to the pandemic when the need for takeout skyrocketed and she and her team pivoted and developed PastaNito.
We’re a fast casual restaurant proudly serving our own signature fresh pasta. Our noodles are made with just two ingredients; they are never dried and naturally vegan friendly, with no additives or preservatives. No other restaurant has access to our pasta which gives PastaNito franchise owners a distinctive advantage.
At PastaNito, our philosophy is that "fast food" doesn't have to mean fried, un-healthy, high calorie, handheld foods people are used to in this country. Fast food can be fresh, healthy, and vibrant. It can be made in a sauté pan within minutes for each guest. Our recipes fill both body and soul. Our meals are enjoyed any time of the day for lunch or dinner. We solve everyday food dilemmas: the 30 minute “work lunch” and dinner at home with quality family time, plus catering to go. We deliver restaurant quality meals at a fast food speed.
